> Inspired by my grandmother, Cordelia Jossell, my aunt Cordelia Faye and all of the the remarkable women in my family, my culinary creations are deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Mississippi, Louisiana, and Creole heritage. From them, I learned to see food as a powerful form of expression and a way to forge connections—something to be experienced emotionally as well as tasted. Embracing Southern traditions and shaped by nearly two decades of embracing a plant-based lifestyle, my culinary journey delves into the crossroads of culture, flavor, intention, and connection. Through Jossell’s Good Greens, I offer a reimagined take on vegan cuisine—an approach that respects the essence of Southern comfort while presenting it through a modern, sophisticated perspective. My focus is on curated catering, personalized meal preparation, and meticulously crafted events, where the experience transcends the simple act of dining.
