Deeply inspired by my grandmother, Cordelia Jossell, and the women in my family, my cooking reflects a lineage rooted in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Creole tradition. Through them, I came to understand food as both expression and connection—something to be felt as much as it is tasted.
Rooted in Southern tradition and shaped by 17 years of plant-based living, my work explores the intersection of culture, flavor, intention, and connection. Through Jossell’s Good Greens, I present vegan cuisine, reimagined—an approach that honors southern comfort while expressing it through a modern, elevated lens.
My work centers on curated catering, personalized meal preparation, and thoughtfully designed events, where the experience extends beyond the plate. Drawing from Southern and Creole influences, I reinterpret familiar foundations into something nuanced, balanced, and quietly expressive.
Based in New York City, I approach each experience with intention—creating something distinctive, balanced, and thoughtfully executed. I welcome the opportunity to create something exceptional for your table.
